With 20 years of mental health experience, 13 of which have been dedicated to early childhood mental health, I am looking forward to encouraging and supervising clinicians who are committed to serving children and families.

I have worked in many types of agencies in Eugene, Portland, and New York City and bring that depth of experience with me both with clients and with supervisees. 

I believe strongly in the value of early intervention, especially when it comes to children who have experienced trauma; I have seen the relationship-building and attachment focus of Child Parent Psychotherapy transform relationships for many families and I am hoping to help others build their skills and continue to support children who have experienced trauma. 

My style can be described as down-to-earth and casual. I believe that a sense of humor, an ability to connect with others, and a sense of humility and curiosity are paramount for therapists and I want to support new clinicians in working with their own strengths.
